My AI Mission Statement

I believe technology should make running a business easier, not more complicated. I use artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool to support my creative process, improve efficiency, and help us develop valuable resources for travel advisors.

How I Use AI

I use AI tools to assist with:

• Brainstorming ideas and developing content.
• Drafting and refining written materials.
• Creating and enhancing graphics, images, and design elements.
• Researching topics and organizing information.
• Improving our website, marketing, and customer experience.

AI Tools I Use

• ChatGPT & Claude – For refining written content, organizing ideas, improving website code, and assisting with technical projects. For brainstorming new template ideas, developing marketing content, researching topics, and identifying opportunities to improve my products, website, and SEO.
• Canva AI – For creating and enhancing design elements, generating visual ideas, and supporting the development of our social media templates, guides, and other digital resources.

AI supports my creative process, but the final content, designs, and decisions are guided by my own travel industry experience, my own business experience and a human-first approach.

Human Oversight & Quality

I firmly believe AI is a supporting tool, not a replacement for human expertise.

My templates and resources are developed with the needs of travel advisors in mind, drawing on real-world travel industry experience.

I review and refine AI-assisted content before publishing to help ensure it is relevant, accurate, useful, and consistent with our quality standards.

Accuracy of Information

I make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information. However, travel requirements, destination regulations, and industry practices can change.

Customers are encouraged to verify time-sensitive information with official sources before sharing it with their clients.

Privacy & Responsible Use

I are committed to using AI responsibly and respecting customer privacy.

I do not intentionally enter sensitive customer information, including payment details or confidential personal information, into public AI tools.

Transparency

Some of my products, graphics, and marketing materials contain AI-assisted content. AI helps me work more efficiently, but the creative direction, final decisions, and quality standards remain my responsibility.

My goal is simple: to provide travel advisors with professional, practical, ready-to-use templates that save time and help them grow their businesses.

I will continue to evaluate how I use AI to ensure it supports that commitment.
